Available as an add-on, the Rover ERP Customer Portal gives web-based access to your customers, enabling them to run selected reports related to their account. The customer portal module utilizes the customers and contacts already set up in Rover to determine login and report availability.
Key Features of the Rover ERP Customer Portal:
- You can add hyperlink options to the menu (e.g. Rover Data Systems above)
- If a contact belongs to more than one customer, they can select a customer to report
- Screen shows your logon and assigned customer name under My Account
- Report can be exported to Excel or PDF
- Click on the “Get” button to generate the appropriate document
