This quick overview captures the highlights from our March session—here’s what’s new and what to look forward to:
-
Refreshed Interface & Navigation
We kicked things off by previewing Rover ERP’s updated look and feel—designed to be more intuitive and modern, with improved navigation and usability across all modules. Users can now enjoy smoother workflows, easier record access, and better responsiveness across devices.
-
Inventory Enhancements
We showcased improvements to inventory tracking, including expanded support for multi-location visibility, unit-of-measure variations (e.g., each vs. case), and new logic for stocking and replenishment. These changes are especially helpful for customers with complex inventory and warehouse needs.
-
Pricing Matrix & Discount Flexibility
Our product team demoed the updated pricing and discount matrix setup—now more aligned with real-world business rules. Users can configure complex pricing by customer class, product category, or quantity tiers. Best of all, many of these tools are being standardized into the Rover core to minimize the need for customization.
-
MRP & Purchase Planning Workflows
We walked through updates to MRP and planning tools, including improvements to the “Plan E” interface and new automation options for purchasing based on demand forecasts. Users can now quickly release planned orders, get real-time updates on shortages, and view smarter recommendations via BI dashboards.
-
BI Dashboards for Every Role
A growing number of Rover users are building custom dashboards for roles like sales, planning, and purchasing. We previewed enhancements to Rover BI that allow users to create multi-dashboard homepages and share views across the organization.
-
Web Portal & Customer Experience
We also touched on enhancements to the customer portal and web order entry tools—including integrated payment options, signature capture, and flexible UOM support. These features are helping streamline the buying experience for B2B customers across industries.
