Available as an add-on, the Rover ERP Supplier portal enables your key suppliers to access and run reports from the ERP platform via a web browser. Their access enables them to run these key reports based on their vendor number. The portal utilizes vendors and contacts set up in Rover to determine login and report availability.
Key features of the Supplier Portal include:
- You can add hyperlink options to the menu (e.g. Rover Data Systems above)
- If a contact belongs to more than one vendor, they can select a vendor to report
- Screen shows your logon and assigned vendor name under My Account
- Report can be exported to Excel or PDF
- Click on the “Get” button to generate the appropriate document
